Mentra
Content Intelligence Platform. Brand strategy, audience intelligence and the entire content pipeline as one agentic system — so every piece of content is grounded in real insight, not guesswork. Built for in-house marketing teams and agencies managing multiple client brands.
What Mentra is
The strategy layer
AI content was missing.
Every marketing team is now using AI to produce content faster. Most of them are producing more content that’s less coherent, less on-brand and less commercially purposeful than before.
The problem isn’t the AI. The problem is that the AI has no context. It doesn’t know your brand, your audience, your commercial goals or what you said last month. Mentra is the system that gives it all of that — so every piece of content it produces actually means something.
Built as a global SaaS product from day one. No geographic dependency. Any organisation that produces content at scale is a potential customer.
Who it’s for
Two audiences.
One system.
Mentra is built for the teams whose job it is to ship content that’s on-brand, insight-led and measurable. Whether that’s one brand or twenty.
In-house marketing teams
You own the brand. You ship the content. You’re drowning in generic AI output and watching your distinctiveness erode. Mentra gives you one reasoning system from brand strategy to multi-format production — so your team of five does the work that used to need an agency retainer.
Marketing teams of 5–50 in B2B SaaS, professional services and consumer brands.
Agencies managing multiple clients
You’re the strategy layer for your clients. But your team is stitching together brand books, prompt libraries and generation tools across every engagement — and quality varies with whoever happens to be writing. Mentra is the operating system for the modern content agency: one tenant per client, full brand isolation, agency-level visibility across all of it.
Content, brand and creative agencies running 5+ retained client brands.
The agentic workflow
From brand strategy
to published content — one system.
Not a prompt sent to ChatGPT. A complete reasoning system that knows your brand, your audience and your goals — and uses that to produce content that’s coherent, relevant and commercially purposeful.
Every step in the workflow is informed by the previous one. The AI doesn’t generate content in isolation — it generates content that fits the brand, serves the audience, advances the campaign goals and maintains the voice guidelines. Consistently, at scale, without human briefing at every step.
On-brand content at scale, without briefing an agency, without a large content team, and without the incoherent noise that comes from using AI without a strategy layer.
The product
Mentra,
in production.
The strategy layer, the brand intelligence layer and the generation pipeline — one interface, whether you’re running one brand or twenty.

Market opportunity
The AI content wave
needs a strategy layer.
Every organisation is now using AI to produce content. Almost none of them have the strategy layer to make it coherent. That’s the market Mentra addresses.
Any organisation producing content at scale — in-house teams or the agencies serving them. No geographic constraint, no industry constraint, no single-tenant ceiling. Every brand has the same problem in a different language.
The AI content wave is already here. Organisations are already producing more content with less coherence. The pain is real and getting worse.
The content tools market is crowded. The strategy layer market is not. Mentra has a clear positioning in a category that’s forming now.
Proof points
Built. Running.
Already inside the portfolio.
Mentra isn’t a hypothesis. It’s the content system running across the WEDDEsign venture portfolio — and opening to external customers now.
Already in production
Not a prototype. Mentra is the active content system across five brands — three from the WEDDEsign portfolio (VILDR, NordScope, VectraIQ) and two pilot customers (Memolife and FranWedde.com). Every one of them is a real test against a real brand brief.
Agentic workflow end-to-end
The full Encode → Map → Set → Ideate → Draft → Review → Publish loop runs in production. Not a prompt template — a reasoning chain that holds brand context across every output.
Multi-tenant architecture validated
Five isolated brand profiles running in parallel. The architecture that makes Mentra work for agencies was validated before a single external customer signed on.
Global from day one
No geographic dependency. No language lock-in. Built as a global SaaS product from the first line of code.
Compounding moat
The brand intelligence layer gets sharper the longer a brand uses it. Switching cost is structural, not contractual.
Founder fully invested
Built and operated by Anders. Mentra is the tool he uses to run his own portfolio — so every product decision is made by the person with the most skin in the game.
Running in production
Five brands. One system.
Mentra was validated across the WEDDEsign portfolio first, then rolled out to live pilot customers. Every brand brief is real. Every output is live.
VILDR
Content across product, acquisition and community.
NordScope
Thought leadership, regulatory content and product marketing.
VectraIQ
Sales content, ICP messaging and product positioning.
Memolife
Blog content and structured course content — maintaining a consistent pedagogical voice across both formats.
FranWedde.com
Marketing content and insights publishing — one coherent voice across every channel.
How this was built
The story behind
the product.
Mentra didn’t start as a product idea. It started as a problem Anders was solving for himself.
Running four ventures in parallel means producing content for four completely different brands, audiences and commercial goals — simultaneously. The first attempt was the same one everyone tries: a collection of prompts, brand guidelines in a document, and ChatGPT open in a tab. The output was fast and consistently wrong. Coherent sentences, wrong brand. Correct tone, wrong audience. Publishable text, no commercial purpose.
The real question wasn’t how do I generate content faster?
It was how do I build a system that holds the brand brief, the audience model and the campaign intent — and reasons from all three on every generation?
Mentra is that system. Built first for the WEDDEsign portfolio, now opening to in-house marketing teams and agencies who have the same problem at their own scale.
This is the WEDDEsign model running on itself: a product born from a real operational need, validated in production before it was ever sold, and built by the person who depends on it every day.
Mentra is the only reason we can produce content that actually sounds like us across every channel — without briefing a writer every time.
