WEDDEsign/For investors

I build for
investor value.

From the first line of architecture, I make decisions that protect and grow investor value. Here's how I think about it — and the three live opportunities available now.

Investment thinking
built in from day one.

I've spent 20+ years advising on commercial strategy. That means every product I build is designed from the first decision with investability in mind — not retrofitted when the deck needs to be written.

01

Architecture that scales without a rebuild

The decisions you make in the first three months of a product determine what you can and can’t do at Series A. I make those decisions knowing where the product needs to be in 24 months, not just what ships next sprint.

02

Market timing as a first-order constraint

Every venture I’ve built has a clear “why now” — a regulatory wave, a technology shift, a market gap that’s been proven but not yet filled at scale. Timing isn’t a slide in the deck; it’s the primary filter for whether I get involved at all.

03

Revenue model clarity before product launch

I don’t build products and then figure out how to charge for them. Pricing strategy, ICP definition and the commercial motion are part of the architecture, not an afterthought.

04

Defensible AI systems, not AI wrappers

The agentic workflows I build are proprietary reasoning systems — not prompts sent to an API. That’s a meaningful moat. It’s also what makes the products genuinely hard to replicate quickly.

Full investment briefs — market sizing, revenue model, financial projections and use of funds — are available on request for each venture. I don't share them publicly because I want real conversations with the right investors, not cold inbound from everyone.

If you're the right investor, the brief will confirm it. If you're not sure yet, the venture pages below have enough to form a view.

Investors who understand AI-native SaaS, have a view on the regulatory and market dynamics in each sector, and want to be genuinely involved — not passive capital. The best investments I can think of are ones where the investor brings market access, distribution or domain credibility as well as capital.

Three live products.
One conversation.

All three are past proof of concept. All three have strong market timing. All three need the right capital to move to the next phase.
