Server logs are collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure and are not linked to your form submissions.

  • Contact form data — to respond to your inquiry and maintain any resulting business relationship.
  • Investment brief data — to evaluate investor fit and send the requested investment brief.
  • Server logs — to maintain site security and performance.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)):

  • You voluntarily initiate contact by submitting a form. We process only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.
  • Server logs are processed to maintain site security and availability.

5. Third-party processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

  • Resend — email delivery service. Processes your name, email address, and message content for the sole purpose of delivering form submissions to us.
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Processes IP addresses, request URLs, and user-agent strings in server logs.

No personal data is shared with any other third party. Your data is never sold.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds that monitor your behavior.

Fonts are loaded locally and do not generate external requests. Your visit to this site is not tracked.

7. Data retention

  • Contact and investment form data — retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain any resulting business relationship. Typically deleted within 12 months if no ongoing relationship develops.
  • Server logs — retained by Vercel for up to 30 days per their standard retention policy.
  • Deletion on request — your data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request (see section 8).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
